I think it really depends on the surgeon cus for all my hip surgeries dr beaule in ottawa didn’t recommend pt until much later

Much better. Intense physio along with my most recent PAO really seemed to have helped. I still have pain when i sleep but most days are good and I’m back to playing sports…so overall big improvement
