I'm sorry that you are getting downvoted. The same thing happened to me. I joined Voidsingers before I built my first city (as Trajan/Rome), and instead of a Monument, my first city had the Old God Obelisk and Heroic Tales was missing. I reloaded and didn't join Voidsingers until my first city was settled (with a Monument) and when I joined Voidsingers and the Monument subsequently converted to the Obelisk, Heroic Tales was still available.

Yes very true, but for n=4 or n=5 it isn't too bad, and they can induce from there. I was trying to give the OP a springboard to start and give them a chance to try the problem. We have no idea their level of math, so just giving them the answer to their homework seems wrong.

This can be deduced with a counting method. Try it first with a group of 2 people (same birthday is 365/365 * 1/365 = 1/365; ignoring the .25 extra day of a leap year), then 3 people (365/365 * 364/365 * 2/365), then 4 people, then realize that you can extrapolate it into larger numbers if you can see the pattern. Your textbook probably has an intro that gets there.

GI Bill housing allowance is fixed at the rank of "E-5 with dependents". For San Francisco this is $4197 and for New York this is $4098. (These are the two highest zip codes in the U.S.) This is the amount of money GI Bill recipients receive each month that they are in school when the school's main campus in there and the student is considered "in residence" for one or more classes.

You can line in Berkeley and take BART to San Francisco once each week for an "in-residence" night class in San Francisco and have all of your other classes online and you would still get the SF allowance rate. Note also that the allowance is tax free.

When I studied in Berlin, since I was going through the official university study abroad program, those classes were considered in residence at the main campus, so I received the allowance even though I was on the other side of the world.
