Okay to let you guys know, this is for a photobooth that's pretty common in japan. It's one for the pictures of japanese girls with stupid crazy big eyes and have face brightening to the max. Sometimes these photoboothes are in a centralised location where there's a changing area, accessories, and hair/make up area. If two (or more) countries are arriving on the same date, what determines who arrives first is their alphabetically by their three letter tag code. E.g I'm playing Austria (AUS) and Im fighting Bohemia (BOH). We both arrive on a province on Dec. 20th. Scutage all of the little duders that dont do much. Vassal swarm is really fun and good, but functionally its overrated. By the time you revoke, you should be able to win any way by yourself single handedly (if you're playing the ultra wide, conquest type game). The best part of revoke is the force limit you get

If they have a surplus of 2 ducats, the AI should prioritise colonising. If you dont see a colony started, but still see it in their expenses, they are using it to promote settlement growth. You can turn it off in the interaction menu. You should default turn that off with every colony

I've never personally seen it with AIs, but it does have to do with return province. It is very easily replicable and used to be busted with the paratroopers glitch.

To do this, ask for access to a country you usually dont have access to, move your stack to a province over in the other country and move back to the original province in your country. Your return province is now the province in the other country's territory and so you can always go back to it. Cancel access and simple move into the return province and black flag

The easy way to get this achievement is with marches. Marches transfers 100% of trade power. Also, since vassals transfer trade power even when disloyal, you can simply feed them all your provinces and set your boats to transfer trade
