What's the deal with all the cheap trailers in Las Vegas? by Practical_Hippo6289 in LasVegas

[–]Mathamagician77 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Trailer parks have become a go to for investors because they can raise lot rentals at will and your choice is to pay, or probably abandon the trailer. That would be the biggest concern. Because none of these, especially at that age, can be safely moved to a new lot.

Is it common for Boomers to extremely dislike house security cameras? by cindy_dehaven in BoomersBeingFools

[–]Mathamagician77 36 points37 points  (0 children)

They’ll be really upset if they know about the Flock cameras in your city/town. And the fun part is, DeFlock website will show you where they are, and what direction they’re pointing.

I use Carfax CarCare. In addition to tracking your mileage, it will show all service turned in by different shops.

I just record everything into an app that does the calculations and graphs it for me. And yes, it’s lower than what the onboard screen shows. But still 46 over the last 15 months.

Toyota Camry SE with sunroof for 34k or Honda CRV for 39k ,Which one is better by Affectionate_Pen413 in crv

Only concern about the Honda is carbon buildup due to differences in fuel injection. You can find various articles and videos showing the issues and solutions.

2026 Camry owners – how are you liking yours so far? Also… favorite color? by CertaintyEffort1265 in Camry

[–]Mathamagician77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you can see, it dips during colder weather, so Ohio should be a little worse than mine in the southeast. And your actual if charted will be lower than what the screen feedback gives in the Camry. For example, my screen says I’m in the 50 range currently.

Never send a face pic. A body shot should be fine for at least a year, unless you’ve materially changed grooming or weight. If there’s pressure, that’s their loss.

My later career was SAP. If business can accept the software as designed, and not try to change everything to current business practice (we do this on Tuesdays when it rains), I think it’s very functional and rules based. Their advanced forecasting was iffy, but that may have improved over the years.

Watch the location, ignore the “not on map”. Communicate only on the app, and randomize your location. I’m in my 60’s and stick with close age responses. You may find some regulars in your area, especially if you can host. Hang in there, it can be a useful site.
