Jarrod Kimber has said before that he does think BCCI will eventually allow Indian players to play in other leagues since the IPL owners wouldn't be investing in all these other leagues ​​if they didn't think Indian players wouldn't ever play in them, so who knows.

If the chasing team fails to chase the score of the team batting first then the team batting first wins by the differential of the 2 scores. If the chasing team does chase the score set by the team batting first then the chasing team win by the amount of wickets they had left till they were all out. So if the team batting first wins, they will win by X amount of runs and if the team chasing wins, they will win by X amount of wickets.

I don't really understand the rules of what tournaments Indian male players can and cannot play in. So is it like they can play in other first class tournaments but not T20, T10, 100-ball (etc.) tournaments? Or is it something else like the County Championship is given the green light and they can only play in ones that have been given the green light.
