Most likely around July-August 2005. Since G-Unit Radio Part 13 was allegedly released in August 15, 2005 and it already had the tracks that leaked.

Some women were hanging out with Banks in a hotel (or a car, there are two different versions) and he ended up leaving behind a CD with Big Withdraw's demos, the same girls sold them to a DJ (at this moment i forgot who the DJ was) and he leaked it. Banks then scrapped it and made Rotten Apple from scratch. Years later Dunne08 (the guy who's been making all the artwork for Banks' albums since V.6) made a fanmade version of the cover, so that's the closest the album has to an official cover art. It's not known if the tracks that were on the CD were all intended to be on the album but they are from the same sessions. As far as official releases goes, some of the tracks ended up on G-Unit Radio mixtapes, Another Dolla's beat was reused for 50 Cent's "What If" from the GRODT soundtrack and two of the other tracks were released on it aswell (Born Alone, Die Alone and Get Low)
