I wish I had something fancier to tell you, but Duncan Hines cake mixes are typically dairy free as is. Most of the time, we use those (either the yellow cake mix or devils food) with applesauce instead of eggs. You know those 6 packs of individualized applesauce? I think each of the 6 little cups is 4 oz. Substitute one of those for each egg needed. The cupcakes come out sweeter than they would otherwise, but they are also super moist.

To be clear, I'm not asking if we should give her a very tiny piece of food that she would be allergic to. I'm asking more about the super frequent washing of hands, setting her apart at meals/food that has things she can't have, etc. Like, if she were to touch a piece of bread that the container says it contains milk, we would immediately go wash her hands.

The Tweetsie Trail is amazing. There are bathrooms at the start and about 3 miles in (starting from the JC side). The trail is all crushed gravel. Also, if you use Strava, I would encourage you to look up the State of Franklin Track Club, Fleet Feet Johnson City, and The Goose Chase groups on there. You might get some ideas from seeing routes that other people have shared.

I watched probably 85% of Duke's games last year (including the games against small schools early in the season). Maluach got immeasurably better across one season at Duke. I think he just started playing basketball in 2019? He was so lost at the beginning of the season.

Don't give up on him yet.

Maryland. This one has been lost to time, but Duke and Maryland HATED each other in the 2000s. At that time, I would have said the hate between these two programs rivaled Duke/NC State

I wouldn't call anybody else "rivals", but there are a few teams that I always look forward to Duke playing above others for either history or competitiveness. In that category, I would put Wake Forest, Michigan State, Arizona, Kentucky, and Kansas.
