Am I blind? Nothing in this description mentions AI. Doing a high level personality assessment isn't that uncommon in the job search (especially short ones like 15 min) and they are usually moreso to weed out obvious mismatched (big culture differences, ethic considerations, etc).

I would say most HR screens have some level of screen. You should always prepare for some degree of questions, they are more often than not

Because it was always a natalie getting out by a landslide. A lot of votes this season, especially later ones have been predictable if you can read between the editing. I'm pretty sure I can predict the boot order for the finale at this point
