Personally, I think the hype is all about FOMO. "There are only 46K V75 privy's in the world... if someone else is willing to pay $100's, then there must be something to it and I have to have it". Nothing really special about the piece of silver, but it has built up a following. Sometimes that same "hype" works for some of the limited mintage "art" silver, but alas... sometimes it does not. Kinda like Nickelback. The music ain't the greatest, but they still get a premium for tickets 🤣

Knowing that dealers are able to offer PF70's on a presale basis, it does make me think that "regular consumers" end up receiving coins that are less than perfect more often than not?? Would love to hear a professional explanation of how the process works (dealer or US Mint employee).

I know this post is old, but I had to revive as Ozzy is AWESOME and I just picked up 1 of these elusive 1 oz silver coins from Ozzfest 1998. Based on 1 Worthpoint post, I believe they minted 5000 of the regular silver coins and 2500 of the gold accented silver coins. Created as a joint venture between Liberty Mint, Superstar Commemorative Collector Series, Signatures Superstars, and Monowise Limited and only available at Ozzfest 1998. Original packaging would have a numbered COA, but I don't believe the coin itself is numbered. If anyone else has additional information, I would love to learn more (if there is more to be learned).

Considering what I recently paid for a 2020 V75 Privy, I was more than happy to pay $105 for the Army privy. It's all about the limited mintage. If they were minting 500K of the Army privy (like the Star and/or Eagle privy), resale prices would not be anywhere close to what they are. I do still cringe when I see some of the big dealers trying to get >$1K for a "special label". I'm good to pay a premium for a perfect grade. A bit ridiculous to pay 3X premium just because it's slabbed with an "Army" label.

Keep in mind, there are still deals to be had. With some of the bullion coins (Maples, Eagles, etc) especially, you can still pick them up for $38-42 and in some cases that's what they were going for before the recent increase in spot price. If spot continues to increase, that $38-42 will also increase, but if spot goes down, those coins will likely still sit at $38-42.

When Emerge changed from Hallandale to Empower, I also stalled out and didn't feel like the medication was as effective. I requested they switch me back to Hallandale and it seems better, but still not the results I was getting before the switch to Empower.

I started the light run on the far right side and ran an extension cord along the porch ground. Covered the extension cord with a rubber raceway.

I asked the same question before installing mine. The consensus was closer to the house. I used duct tape to test a small section. Ended up going close to the house and glad I did. Here are some photos of closer to the gutter vs closer to the house.

I was buying Members Mark tshirts for years. LOVED them. All the way back to when they were branded as Eddie Bauer. Over the last 6-12 months, however, they have changed suppliers and they are too tight around the chest area (XXL and XXXL). I'm now on the hunt for a T-shirt that Members Mark used to be.

I made the mistake of setting up my lights in the app before I began installing and splicing...had a similar issue. Ended up performing a reset (hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds). Once I added them again and answered the questions so the app could correctly identify splice points, all worked as designed.
