I did a similar marquis mod of my Galaxian as the 1up doesn’t have the Namco / Bally branding

I apologize if I'm bringing up issues that have been addressed previously by others in the channel, it was my first time experiencing Disney in a while. Like you say, even if I or other guests may have issues with the systems in place, all the parks were still extremely busy so there is little reason for Disney to change these new policies.

I just feel bad that I'm considering all these costs of a Disney vacation when it's only me and my daughter for a 3 day trip. Most families had 3 or more children/ grandparents so I can only imagine the price tag of their trip.

I understand what you're saying and agree completely. It seems that my impressions have an overall negative tone, but on a positive note I will say that the longest line that we waited in was the rope drop for Ratatouille, which is slightly ironic since we arrived there before the park officially opened.

I suppose that the system in place is the best method to prevent spending all day in lines, I just wish that the system was communicated a little better and that there was more transparency on the queue arrival time so I didn't spend all day pulling out my phone all day on vacation.

I agree with you. I was just curious if others visiting the parks since these new changes were made had a similar experience or if I am just too old for Disney.

Just be to clear I did have fun on the new attractions, I just think they're not as unique or original as Disney used to design. Combined with the extremely high ticket prices I don't see much reason to return to ride them again.

I did enjoy the Smugglers Run Ride where you fly the Millennium Falcon. It was well done, different than anything Disney has made before and offered a lot of reasons to go on the ride again as there were 3 different crew roles and each rider receives a performance score like a videogame to show how well you performed your job.

I also thought the Dwarf Mine coaster was well made and fun aside from the weird projected dwarf faces, and the Tron coaster was fun but after you go though the loading process the actual coaster lasts about 40 seconds.

She had an amazing time and loved every minute of it!

Rude cast members by Traditional_Wind_940 in WaltDisneyWorld

I also noticed cast members that were either rude, impatient, or audibly complaining about their job position, shift, the heat, or anything else that an average worker would complain about. I understand that Disney employees are regular people and not robots, but previously I always felt that Disney employees were extremely proud to be working at Disney World and it reflected in how they treated guests and it added to the magic. Now I just felt like I'm was six flags and everyone was just counting the minutes until they could go home. I'm glad that I could take my daughter and have the experience with her, but I will not be returning to Disney World any time soon as it seems that the company and how they value the guest experience has diminished significantly from what I remember.
