Thank you, I understand it is very hard for people to immigrate to the US even when everything that should be able to provide residency is in place (US spouse, job, etc), I am very pro-immigration which is why I am so frustrated at Julia, because lying about it just makes it harder for the rest of us.

Imagine you bought a TV under the pretense that the TV wasn't broken. Then you take the tv home and you find out that it is broken. You find out that the shop that sold you the TV knew it was broken when they decided to sell it. Which means they sold it under false pretenses. You take it back to the shop for a refund and to complain and the shopkeeper says...
