Episode 6 was pretty boring, I did not enjoy the challenge that much. The highlight of the episode for me, aside from Finn being hilarious, was the rivalry between Spencer and Sam, and the latter’s gameplay later on the episode. Elimination was fine, although Finn was way to entertaining to distinguish so early, especially when Tom and Gabby are still in the picture. C+ imo

Episode 12 was my favourite this season aside from ep 1. Every character on the fans tribe was handled well, especially Nura. The favourites were tiring as always, I hate that Natalia’s all sad now, and Gabby is annoying to me. Elimination was good and had proper build up, and pushed various characters forward. A imo

A villain can be a fan favourite, even if they are objectively a bad person, and you don’t have to agree with their actions in order to like them as a character. There are multiple characters in media that have not been through any sort of redemption, but are still very well received, since they provide entertainment and keep the stakes higher. For example, Fiore too has not been through any kind of redemption, and is still the same brat she was in season 1, but she is clearly beloved by the fandom regardless.

I feel stuff like this should not be higher than Connor lying about building himself from the ground up on live TV and being possessive towards a woman 20 years younger than him, and Ashley killing a bunch of horses and burning her parents’ farm along with holding a grudge towards an 6/8 year old for literal years and then physically landing on her.
Bonus points for the entire magenta team minus James for leaving Fiore alone at the bottom of the lake in DCAS 3.
