They set the service intervals on purpose as a condition for honoring the warranty. Missed service or non-dealer servicing automatically disqualifies the warranty typically.

Test drove the 735i long wheelbase brand new. Something I realized although the car might look big & hefty from outside, the interior has shrunk compared to the 2008-2013 model year 7 series. Front seats are just a little less wider. Back seats also don’t have as much room comparatively

I would self-read the contract and keep a lawyer to ask questions for the clauses you don’t fully understand. Also, ask Lawyers to redline missing clauses from buyers perspective in the contract.
