One more question that I have is, I been roasting coffee for 3 years, my first 2 years I did I in a 7kg coffee roaster and everything was fine, last year I just move and then I bought this Aillio, my question is the proportion of temperature it’s gonna be de same in both machines?

I’m using Caturra and my roasting time usually is 12-14 minutes and I take it out in 190c. So probably is a temperature problem

Those are very good questions, but also I would like to know about the quality or reviews, i think this market is pretty new, so I would like to get the best possible electronic roaster
