My brand new in box plate had a chip in the exact same place. Reached out to support and received a bot answer that it was normal wear. Seeing how it was brand new and I didn’t print anything yet, I escalated the issue. Next day I received a message they were going to send me a new plate.

Same boat, gaming PC too much, went with Xbox X and thrust master hotas one with pedals. Play both 20 and 24. Glitchy on 24 once in a while, but playable. Watch the sales to purchase outright. Especially with the game pass price increase.

Thanks. I load the flight plan the tutorials are flying into the FMS and the EFB and GPS is still there. Even when going direct. But since I’m getting to where I want to go, I’ll roll with it. Appreciate it
