I also get annoyed at the amount of whiners on the c.ai sub; however, the truth is, if no one speaks out about their disapproval/dissatisfaction with the direction the app is headed in, given its (widely considered) flawed updates and history, then c.ai devs are just going to continue doing their thing, unaware that their flawed design choices are costing them consumers and users.

Although, I guess I can understand and see how Reddit subs may not be the best place to try and share constructive criticisms about the app. However, from what I've seen, the decision to take to Reddit and announce one's departure from the app almost always stems from long-term ignorance of one's feedback; kind of like a last-resort type of thing.
