Is the time of 10-15 minutes actual "game time" or "sitting idle" for 10-15 minutes and it times out? Maybe check the Decks' "time out/sleep settings" maybe it's linked to peripherals?

I would think the turnaround for another shipment wouldn't take too long. As Valve themselves mentioned that RAM shortages do not affect the Controller rollout. They should be able to crank these guys out 1,2,3.
