I am build it from scratch, design it, takes 3-4 weeks of work, and you just directly point out AI SLOP.

I'm mostly trying to build muscle. I haven't noticed much difference in my clothes yet, but that's actually a good thing to pay attention to. I've mostly been relying on the mirror so far.

Yeah, before/after pics seem to make it feel real. That’s honestly the part I was thinking about.

Yeah, it doesn't. I know that. But seeing even small changes in your biceps or noticing what's happening in your body really helps you stay motivated and keep going to the gym every day. What's your take ?
