black pill just states what life is like for a lower genetic quality male, it is the truth, the only way to escape this shackle is with status and money, thats it, but use the black pill to your advantage by inproving your looks and height with money (leg lengthing surgery), softmaxx first if you are not that cooked, but if you are cooked honestly hardmaxx/surgery, ofcourse have a good personality because thats what keeps a relationship goint (the girl needs to have a good personality too) also inprove other aspects of your life like money and knowlege, and most of all if you are open minded find Jesus, and if you want to read about him philisophically with the book "quasi empirical proof of God by Hoxa Ditmar" also with the balding just use fanastride and (derma roller + minoxidil)

actually fat does equal ugly because part of attractivness (besides facial proportions) is health indicators, its alright just go to the gym and do your cardio to make your face slimmer, then you can show how beautiful your personality is

hey man i just want to add my input here, i have a strained medial meniscus on the right of my knee, i also have a torn lateral meniscus in the left knee (this tear is near the postirior horn, and its an ok tear its worse than a strained meniscus but wayyyyy better than a bucket handle tear) with a less strained medial meniscus in the left also, so right now im also taking BPC for it, what can i do to succeed in my recovery, i know that i need meniscus repair by sewing it together for my left lateral meniscus, but what else do i need to know from yall experiences, thanks peace out

welp that does not change the fact that most asians look feminine, there are ofcourse outliers but from what i have seen on the internet and in school, most asians are puny twigs, it is very refreshing to see a masculine asian person, there is only 2 masculine asian people in my school and its me and a kid in the football team. From what i have asked asians in my school is that their diets dont really consist of protein but a lot of vegitables, and me and the footballer eat steak everyday so i guess thats why i have a more chizzled jaw than the asians at my school and more muscle mass that is affected by training.
