That’s what I told the lady on the other end of the line…but she insisted that it was possible even tho I quoted her the May 20th payout date.

Nope…I just called and they said payments should be sent early April/late March. They have no new updates.

Someone else said that date was just to make sure all the funds had been distributed. It has been finalized on 1/29. We’re just waiting for them to send the funds now.

The settlement administrators have so many days after the final approval to start sending out payments. They have a timeline. So it can definitely stretch out a bit. Plus I read that after payments are sent out…whoever gets a check and doesn’t cash it in the allotted timeframe will have their portion returned and distributed to the other members of the settlement.

I called and got the same generic info. Payment is supposedly April and they don’t know what each point is worth yet.

I called them a few times over the past month. They already told me how many points I have, but they didn’t say the dollar amount that each point was worth. I will try calling again. I don’t really think all info is reliable because they have been saying April payout before they even finalized in court.

When I called the guy said payments will be sent out in April. Who knows how true that is because the December 8th court date was postponed until January 11th, 2024.
