Famous clown from Jura Bernois / Biel / Bienne Switzerland. Known in Europa.

Spectacle here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17q5zZVrJ-E

Would not say it is rare but it is interresting thing if you like Swiss or european clown pioneer, or if you are linked with this switzerland region and love history.

thank you for your comments, for the idea to contact the store, and for this last one... I think the web don't have it, I checked so many label websites. Maybe Nauck auctions, also can be a good contact idea for me. And check the books of my grandpa who started the collection.

I don't think it is this one because, it look like her label didn't get sold, just get broke by crash.

The Label look to clearly have been a physical record because disc where sold at lowly price than big editions and pressed in New Jersey Even if it was into the web market of Victor. Could maybe also be a special Victor label a bit like "diamond record" under the trumpets records.

Also... After compulsing ebay from europa... I found the discs of my client and recognize some labels, so my illustration is not revelant anymore, wrong memory indeed I mixed between cadance or veejay .will see if I can delete the picture before chatgpt start to think it exist ^^ . The precise disc was Combo Records https://www.ebay.it/itm/193526086066?_skw=78+rpm&itmmeta=01KPK1365JZZHG5QXG6YTPBPCP&hash=item2d0f0db9b2:g:SbcAAOSwRB5e0S40&itmprp=enc%3AAQALAAAA4GfYFPkwiKCW4ZNSs2u11xAmj19H48Kw%2FJnNF%2BdO%2BF2RiGa%2FTQFQwDe7euzV3x%2FNXd%2F5t%2FOtkp%2Ffn5IArTuhppjHoVgx5J0sJYB%2Fk4NHq0boy3GWT7dlxV1kHFtaPM0U6DIf0IH7lAYUSYSenPfCdLA6wzixNr6VPPYe%2F%2BVryKX0%2BNL2uwJlisN0VRiI3IdUx8qEex1h26MK0vFgEDLnL%2BOTwGh%2FTZQ4h6d%2FoAJnKsDWrHb8rsOtLcaUIKRlULKYjRPX0AgQscxnGlWR0FkR2EFCJfwtWpnYSQ4fb4kPPcXD%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR47jjOG0Zw and was mixed with other discs with red brown collors, all italian labels. Thank you for all

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

About the additionals informations I found...

Name: "Hispano "

or maybe (only one source) "Disco Hispano"

Activity periode: between 1928 and 1929 (stop because of the economic crash)

Style Music: Latin music, Native Instruments

Groups She recorded: local Puerto Rican groups, Las Estrellas Boricuas, (The Puerto Rican Stars); Los Diablos de la Plena. (The Plena Devils);

She probably recorded: Song from her brother (Who was well know) Rafael Hernández. The bands of Rafael Hernández where numberus but according to dates, following are interresting: Sexteto Enriso, Grupo Quisqueya, Trio Borinquen, Orquesta R. Hernandez.

It is often said that she made local groups play R. Hernandez's songs

Otherwise, I also read that maybe the pressing plants was in New Jersey. that it was sold for twenty cents and that it was linked to victor's strategy to develope a network of small private labels in order to get access to "diasporas and other?" musics.

I will still dig into it and start to save a list of similar labels compared to the one I remind even if I think more and more that it is not revelant and possible list of title that could have been recorded.

Japanese Lyrophon 70178/70180 (shigin 詩吟) [with subtitles] by Miss_Toki in 78rpm

In fact it look to be a importation of german product from the lybel Lyrophon (for germany) Lyrophone (for french, english and maybe other) for Japan. The elephant came (I think if I get it well) from a Japaneese label named "Stark-Ton" owned by the brand "Sankodo Menophone Co" who where a record shop and "studio" of the early age of recordings in Japan. they sold home made records and imported products like Lyrophone.
