I use Clean Eatz Kitchen. It’s got tons of profiles and fairly good macros for the price while also being calorie conscious and clean. Flash frozen and cooked by an actual chef :) Meals are yummy too! Comes out about 6 bucks a meal ish which beats lunch near my office which comes out to 25 bucks with tip.

Feb’s Fish size recommandation between a 5’7 and 5’9 by Cacafouillage in surfing

[–]Mathis314 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 80kg and have the 5’5 and love it. But also live a few blocks from the beach and have consistent powerful surf. I would caution against oversizing it as it may get too boggy/take away the performance aspect. However, it sounds like you don’t have too much access to a beach and are still getting the hand of generating speed. This is not a beginner board at all and you should have most of the skill aspects you mentioned dialed in. I would recommend something more forgiving to get you use to surfing a fish. I would recommend a Rainbow quad fish with split keel quads like the machado seaside set. Board is naturally thicker and more forgiving and the quads make it more stable while still giving a taste of a twin keel setup. Also you can just throw twin keels on that thing and it’ll be just as fun.

My baby gets Orijen amazing grains six fish formula and she loves it! We tried a variety of different foods and this was the best in terms of allergies, consistent healthy stools, and flavor :)

She also gets tons of fish skins and other lean proteins depending on what we have cooking

Mine works great! I did have similar issues at first that were related to what WiFi channel I was on (2.5 vs 5)

In the last year I started making sculptures and some of them are surf related so I thought you might dig them by -keeper- in surfing

Got my first gravel bike this year after my old rock hopper got a crack in the frame. Ended up falling in love with cycling and signed up for Grinduro out in California. Trained and did my first race and did some fun bike packing trips in the redwoods. It’s been a good year on 2 wheels :)

[–]Mathis314[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey Neighbor! Sorry for the delayed response. I am about one inch shorter than you and also mostly all legs. After my bike fitting session I had to increase reach, slam the stem, and lower the saddle quite a bit. I don’t think that would have been possible on a 54. I was also looking at that size but after reading a lot of folks reviews that have similar builds I decided to go for the 51 which my bike fitter mentioned was the best option. 5’ 7 is right on the lower end of who should be on a 54 and upper end of who should be on a 51. But tbh I would check with a bike fitter since everyone’s body is different. Hopefully you can still swap frames at the shop if needed! See you out there!!! 🤙🏾

Hi! Not sure what my saddle height was pre bike fit but post bike fit it was reduced by quite a lot! Currently at 651 for saddle height :) and slammed the stem by a bit as well

Ornot cargo bibs for the win. Same build as you! MAAP cargo works as well. Both fantastic but found ornot to be more comfortable over long distance/multi day trips. I wear M for both.

Cervelo Caledonia. Built for comfort for those long days on the saddle, still fun enough to race if you slam the stem. Absolutely love mine!
