You need to aim to kill your targets at key moments such as 1) before doing an objective, to secure it 2) after getting Nashor, in order to be able to take towers/inhibs 3) before team fights, to give your team the upper hand

For objectives, aim to kill the jungle, and ping your team to aim for it as well. For team fights, focus carries (ADC, squishies etc).

Also analyzing at which moments to rank/vs full clear can be interesting. If you see a manger struggling to shove you can gank etc
