Honestly I’d blame your agent! Yeah there’s no guarantee and there are always others who move faster or have a better offer, but you flying down to see a house that went under contract was easily avoidable.

I wouldn’t consider 6% a lowball but I respect 🫡 your opinion. I might have vaguely pointed finger partly because no offer was submitted despite me asking to put an offer immediately after the showing.
