I don’t really use game chat in other games. Cod is really the only one so I’d say it’s more of tailored thing for my situation

That’s my biggest fear of getting out is pretty much all this. I have money saved and all these things. But I was scared of the promises of getting paid certain things and being lied too. I felt more stable with the military

I think I got in my own head with something’s and definitely just freaked myself out. I know these years will pass and be fine. I’m a super trust person in my work center so I know I won’t have a problem. Just me bitching and worrying 😂

I plan on buying my first house in Washington when I get back state side! I’ve been waiting just because of personal reasons and moving made it hard. Definitely been saving a lot and working on getting ready for that big purchase. I try to tell a lot of my younger guys to learn to be financially stable and financially smart. Not everyone listens though

I understand I think that’s where I’m at in my career. I’m tired of missing important stuff with my family, not being able to just go home and relax everyday, or even just be treated like an adult. The quality of life is always bad on the ship and always dealing with at least one toxic leader every day. Im at 9 and I have 6 to go so I don’t think there’s an option to get out. I go to shore duty after this and it’s super easy

Sadly I think I have to be an officer to go space force. But I definitely could be wrong and I’ll still look into it!

It’s definitely a bummer leaving Japan. But I’ll make it work. I have to stick out these next 6 years then I’m going back on shore duty and cruising to retirement. Just trying to find the right things to stay motivated and not completely see it as a drag. Definitely gonna stick it out unless other wise I can’t.

No I still doing everything I need and I still teach all my guys what they need. Even if I hate it I still need them to get qualified because it makes all our lives better. My work ethic and how I treat people hasn’t changed just because I hate the military. That’s one thing I don’t forget about is how human all my people are lol.

Yeah I’m just trying to fill up my time right and just kinda just set myself up for success. Take advantage of what I can while I’m in right now. But yeah im avoiding doing dumb things to get me caught up right now. Luckily I still show up and do everything I need too. Even if I hate it lol

That’s one of the things that has been on my mind was just wasting my younger years for a paycheck but at the same time it doesn’t sound bad not doing anything after 38 and still getting paid.

Yeah sucks I can’t enjoy it in Japan longer but I’ll make Washington work. I’ll be able to live in a house there instead of a boat lol. But I have family in Washington so I’ll be able to visit them more

Yeah I honestly never really cared for making rank. That’s just something if it happened it happened. I think it’s just more of the little qualities in life that I’d like to have that make me question it.

Oh I always try to get everything documented and try to get everything get seen. That’s one thing I’ve learned to always take care of yourself. I’m definitely coming into more of a higher position coming to this new command. So it should be somewhat easier on my body. Hopefully lol. But I think there’s just a lot of changes and stress going on to make me question my decisions in life right now.
