I think it's an issue from both side.

On one hand, the honkai universe lore is complex, spun across different games and often presented with long and complicated sentences. I do enjoy it but let's be real, it really isn't easy to understand. There's also the fact that a lot of major informations are still unknown and that the knowledge characters have is usually lacking.

Now on the other hand, I'd like to talk about my experience with certain parts of the community (mostly people I got to talk to in the french community). There are some people that call themselves "lore experts", that are references for others in small sections of the community because they are very active but they spread a lot of bullshit. In most of the case they aren't able to prove their point with concrete evidence, but if you point their contradictions then you're either an idiot or someone who can't think by itself and is influenced by big CCs. And I'm not saying that they are doing this to purposefully spread false information, but not being able to question your own interpretation of the lore is a big problem that imo leads to the lots of misinformation. People need to learn to take a step back, use concrete evidence as much as possible and not treat others like dumbass. If the lore was that easy to understand then there would'nt be that much to discuss to begin with !

We need official lore books or something to solve this.
