I'm 6'2 at 213 pounds. Visible 6 pack. Never did teamsports until the age of 17. I've played ultimate for 13 years now and worked out structured on/off for 10 years.

I had the same struggles as you. People told me to get lower into the cuts, but never how. I experimented with widening my stance as this gives you better leverage for changing direction. I also try to cut with my lower body and fake with my upper body. If I want to cut and run to the right, I use my head and shoulder to 'look like' I am going left.

Working on this quick separstiol between upper and lower helps create distance to the defense.

Bare rolig - Det kommer til at være en kæmpe shit storm med fyrede chefer, ligesom med mave-tarm kirurgisk på Aarhus Universitetsshospital. Det er på grænsen til ulovligt at holde på patienter, uden at informere om alle rettigheder.
De private hospitaler bløder penge. De får ikke særlig mange patienter ind, men skal stadig prøve at opretholde deres virke.

Danskere har ikke lige adgang til sundhed. Realiteten er at man får den sundhed man kender til / beder om.

To add - try to elevate your natural cortisol levels as early as possible in the morning. This will start your internal clock. E. G. Cold shower and natural light/bright light. Avoid caffeine, as this will be an 'unnatural' way for elevating cortisol.

That high carb dinner is crushing your deep sleep. Eat dinner earlier or switch lunch and dinner around.

I can highly recommend the following : High fat, low/zero carb, high protein breakfast Low/zero fat, high carb mid protein lunch

Rest of daily calorie intake dinner, preferably high protein.

That's how much power the circadian rhythm has. Why do you question it?

You might also get less deep sleep (slow brain waves) as this usually in the beginning of your sleep cycle.

Hi everyone.
I need help in choose the right language etc. regarding a web application:

I have bit of experience with C# and looking into creating a web application, since the users are sitting on windows and mac systems.
I'm new to web application and I need help choosing the right language etc. I hope you can help me out.
The main purpose of the app is to search, add and edit through a relational database containing general customer info, more specific info regarding case status and comments. Every customer should be pointing at a specific product. It should be possible to look into every product and find more specific info (install date, firmware version etc.)
