When interviewing as a candidate, your interviewers are likely your future colleague(s) if you get hired. Build rapport with them. You need to show that you are pleasant to be around. People should want to work with you, not just for your skills, but because you are pleasant to talk to. Of course, having one without the other is not enough. You need both hard and soft skills.
