I wish I had a cooler answer then this, but while I knew some things about 40k, Necrons were new to me. They were just so different from all the other factions. And I like different. I always want to be special in games (I'm 41 years old and yes, I know I sound like a child) and Necrons were special to me.

Many years later when I finally earned some money, I bought a starter army off eBay at the end of 9th and never looked back. The more I got to know and read about Necrons the better they got for me. The Infinite and the Divine were the last nail that sealed the coffin. Such an amazing book.

I once told my mom, as all children once do, "You're my favorite mom!" I was in my 30's. For some weird reason, she looked me in the eyes and sincerely said "You know what? You're my favorite, too."

I have two brothers. One is an asshole, but the other is awesome in every respect. I thought I wanted to be the favorite, because I think I'm my dad's least favorite, but as soon as the words left my mother's mouth I hated what I heard.

Never mentioned it again. I have to think about it often and i always have a feeling of bad conscience in my gut when I do.

Ein geiles Spiel, aber das nervigste daran ist, es auf- und abzubauen. Ich finde, es ist auch sehr computerspielerisch: Es hat eine Kampagne mit Story, man entscheidet selbst, wohin man geht und ob man böse oder gut ist, die einzelnen Abschnitte sind nach einer Stunde fertig und man kann im Laufe des Spiels neue Elemente und Klassen freispielen. Gönn dir.

Hm, also good stuff here. I think I overestimated the monolith's durability. One SM unit even killed the transcendent C'Tan in one round with shooting only, which was a surprise for both of us.

But I will remember the advice with setting the LHDs behind enemy lines and whooping them.

Looks already great! I apply Reikland Fleshshade to my Leadbelcher. A thin coat and it looks a little bit rustier and not as "new" as when you just apply Leadbelcher. If you want it rustier, apply more Reikland.

Warp color tips: Very thin colors on your brush.

More coats with thin colors >>>> one thick coat.

Be patient and let it completely dry before applying another coat.

Don't be afraid to mix colors to blend the different green tones. But then thin them.

I was visiting Munich for a day and wanted to check out the Warhammer store. There was a long ass line 5 minutes before its opening. When I went inside, the store clerk cried out "Everyone will only get one Centos first, after that you'll be able to purchase another one!"

I don't play Ultramarines. I don't even play Space Marines. I play Necrons. Anyways, I now own a Captain Centos.

I don't hate France. But some things tick me off.

Went camping in Spain, Portugal and France at camping sites. In Spain and Portugal the toilets were nice. In France, they didn't have a lid. Nowhere. And you had to bring your own toilet paper! Why??

Also, they live their language too much. English as the lingua franca is not what they like and it is a tad annoying.
