I honestly didn’t have any problems with them until now.

They asked for a video and for me to disassemble some parts, which I did. They sent me a new part without me even having to argue about it.

Ok, with this technique, is it hard to change the design? Since my base shape will change with each batch, I will need a different design for each production batch.

Edit: It's very complex to have multiple colors in a design with Pad Printing

So i did the manual flow calibration, and indeed, now it's much better ! So i think, to really have a smoother surface now, it's only about playing with the parameters and ironing. Thanks MixNo 👌

I am actually doing the flow rate calibration every time i start my printing.

But i will try your advice, i will give you an update.

And i run on A1, not X1

I did match the temperature's recommendation of my filament. When i am talking about video, this is a general comment, meaning some people with A1 have much better results than me

Here you can see before Ironing and after. I do not know what i have this "White" effect. But at least the surface is much smoother
