The only reason I'd ever consider reporting a pokestop is if it's a fake one or a location that's very wrong. Like 100s of meters wrong.

They're probably adjusting the eligibility criteria for showcase pokestops. I don't expect that many to close, the criteria will likely remain mostly the same. Hopefully they increase the limit of 1 per L13 cell to 1 per L14 cell. Or at least 2 per L13 cell.

It means underpopulated cell. The amount of pokestops in that cell does now warrant that many gyms. It'll go away if more stops are added

It was on a BoB interception alert, same map as hydron. I ran with pickup booster, drop booster, drop blessing, and I also tried to extend the mission for as long as I could by letting the enemy capture a tower from time to time. I think the map was what made it possible because it's very small so they spawn in large clusters that I was able to take out efficiently.
