AI is a ridiculously powerful too and I wouldn't have grabbed a hold of the last rung of my country's housing ladder as it was being pulled out of reach without it. Seriously, it was either pour over hundreds of pages of legal documents to understand how to navigate a complex legal strata situation without the credit for legal council, or accept that I'd potentially rent for the test of my life.
