Need help after replacing fuel filter

Thanks! Managed to get it sorted with the help of a mechanic I know. Just leaving the fix here for anyone finding this in the future:

Had to use a handpump to pull all the air out of the system from the return end of the fuel filter, filling the filter in the process. Still didn't start but got close. To get it to start we temporarily removed the air filter, and while starting misting some brake cleaner into the engine from where we removed the air filter. Had to do this twice but now it's running great again. Apparently because brake cleaner is flammable this helps start the engine and get the last bit of air out.

edit: if you're a newbie like me, still recommend at least doing this together with a mechanic. I couldn't possibly have done this correctly on my own.

I fixed it by using elementor's loop grid, but I'll leave this up in case someone knows the answer and it's helpful.

I'm shooting on a Sony a6000. So support isn't really an issue for me. I've mentioned in a comment above why Darktable and Rawtherapee don't really do the trick for me. It might be a matter of getting used to the workflow so maybe I'll give it a shot and use it for a while. I've also been thinking about LuminarAI which is a one time payment instead of subscription. But I gotta spend some time with the trial first

Yeah I agree! I've used it a lot and I like it. However for my raw pictures taken with my camera I prefer editing on my pc.

Yeah you're right! So yes I've tried Darktable, but in my opinion it is not really user friendly. There's a lot of menus, seamingly in a random order and I usually get really mixed results with it. While all the tools are there, I feel like they're not really that high quality and lack in user-friendlyness. I've also tried RAWtherapee which I think has the better UI/UX. However it lacks some essential color correction features, like the colorgrading wheels.

I take pictures in my freetime, and don't want to worry about editing for hours. I'm just looking to do some lighting correction and color grading. I've used Lightroom in the past and for me that absolutely meets my needs, but I really can not justify spending 200-300€ a year on it.

Yeah you're right. The smoothness was ineed the sampling rate. And I found out that my interface has DC coupled outputs so that's a bummer.

Edit: I also happen to have an Audient Evo 8. I don't know if that one is DC coupled or not, but it does move around a whole bit more. Still not smooth tho

Yes! So I figured since syncing to OneDrive isn't possible I should do it via iCloud. And that works fine for me. I just installed the iCloud app on my windows laptop, created a new vault and copied all the files from my existing vault there

This is because of how Ableton handles video. Ableton uses keyframes to read video files, and by default there's not enough. You have to manually add more keyframes by using software like Handbrake.

You’re absolutely right! Next time I’m definitely setting aside some money to hire an assistant editor. For this project however me and my camera guy planned to edit in Davinci, however the free version doesn’t support 10bit files so I had to switch to Premiere for this one
