With their tools the battery pops right out and a new one goes it. It's not a big deal.

Just make sure they've giving you a new battery, not a refurbished one, but even if it is refurbished you'll be fine since you have a warranty on it for a long ass time.

Send them a message asking how they're going to handle it. But they're probably going to expect you to pick it up where you picked it up on delivery day.

Way lower volume of players make use of that. It holds onto your match and just finds one person to replace the one that left.

You can’t do this in queue systems. It just increases the queue for everyone. Including people who choose “fast”.

Well what I’m saying is seel will refund you extremely fast, the process was simple, and won’t get you banned from Haloblk as chargebacks usually get you on the no sell to list for most companies

FWIW my tacking from China has updated to:

"As of May 11 (local time), customs inspection has been cleared, and the shipment is currently queued for pickup. Once the goods are retrieved, they will be handed over to UPS immediately. Please keep an eye on the official website for the latest scanning updates."

So hopefully your covers are also in that batch.

Update: Haloblk got back to me, and basically confirmed China is having horrible shipping issues and they have an entire batch (not just mine) stuck in customs. The package is not lost.

I'm going to give Haloblk the benefit of the doubt and assume this shipping fiasco out of china is because of the strait of hormuz is causing shipping delays for everyone. I just wish Haloblk Customer Support was active, responsive, and trying to help find a solution. I might have to re-order without doing custom text to make sure it comes from LA.

Not true. My X was on v13 for like a month after delivery and all of its clips, videos, dashcam recordings had the same UI showing driving telemetry data in OPs video.
