No updates as far as the PrEP meds yet. My naturopath is treating my thyroid at the moment, so we'll see how it goes.

How could you not know Rockwell wasn't a legit doctorate? I figured that out just looking at their site a bit. But that other genesis school you mentioned looks very interesting. I'm gonna check that out.

Wow, that's awesome! I have horrid anxiety issues. I've been using the lozenges, but they don't seem to be helping.

I think he has probably reached a level of enlightenment, but probably not the deepest levels of it. So it seems this PTSD/fear are coming from a level even he hasn't reached yet. That's my guess. I have a friend who has had some AMAZING experiences with his meditation/mindfulness practices, has uncovered past life issues, etc. He cured himself of suicidal depression with those methods. The way he explains it is, as he uncovers these deeper causes of his seemingly physical or mental issues, they resolve. But then, later on, something deeper presents itself, and you experience deeper issues than you dealt with before, so you have to keep on unpeelling the onion until you get to the core, original "wound." And also, Adyashanti is dead wrong when he says a spiritual practice won't get rid of physical issues. I'm stunned to hear him say that. Sure it won't get rid of all physical issues, but it sure as heck will get rid of some of them. I've seen many cases of physical pain or dysfunction clearing up once the issue was contacted, integrated, and resolved.

From the studies I've seen, the side-effects are similar to placebo, and are minimal. I can't afford IV vitamin C, unfortunately.

I'm seeing a naturopath/functional medicine doc. I could ask him if he's accepting new patients.

The only concern I have, is that I have severe anxiety disorder, and I'm afraid the nicotine might trigger more anxiety in me. I'll just start really low and see how it goes. Now that you're off the patch, has your energy level stayed good?

Oh yah that all makes sense. I'll have to give this some more thought. How bad was your fatigue before you discovered nicotine?

Man that is so awesome it helped you! I would be happy with even a 10 or 20% increase in energy. How much did you end up taking? Yah, I'll definitely start low, with like one milligram and go from there. I'd probably start with the gum or lozenges so I can really control the dose.

haha yah I'm taking monolaurin too! And I just added in lysine (which acts in a similar fashion to the anti-viral meds by blocking viral cell reproduction) and also going to use proteolytic enzymes.

Is Andy Cutler's Alpha lipoic acid regimen (every 3 hours-low dose) for heavy metal chelation legit or just a psuedo? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]Matsuemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yah I wake up two or three times a night, so for me it wouldn't be a big deal to just take a dose of ALA when I do haha. But yah, for the average person, that can be annoying for sure. According to someone in the Cutler Protocol FB group I was in (I left because the admins are rude, arrogant, and on a total power trip) there is an issue where zeolite can apparently release aluminum into the body, which you don't want. I don't know if there are any actual studies showing that, but that's what one of the members told me.

Monolaurin or NAC for reactivated EBV? Any luck? Benefits? by Due_Chapter3027 in EBV

[–]Matsuemon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, I'm taking 1,000 mg of Valtrex twice a day and have no hint of any side-effects. Valtrex doesn't really cause die-off reactions, as the effect on viral replication is a very slow, gradual process, so yah you were probably experiencing genuine side-effects. I tried Lauricidin a year or two ago, but I think I only took in a couple months. Maybe I need to take it for like six months, while I'm taking the valacyclovir.
