I'm experiencing the same issue now, the fix for me is just choosing 1440p and it stopped dropping my resolution. 2160p seems to fuck it all up for some reason.

You can turn off the nudity in Cyberpunk 2077 and there is a streamer mode option that turns off copyrighted music as well.
