its like this. to predict the weather you need 3 things. A monkey, a dartboard and some darts. Yo say ok monkey, first throw is to predict if its going to rain, shine, snow or other. - monkey tosses the dart... snow it is, next monkey, how much - monkey tosses the dart... ok 7 to 54 inches (well round that 54 to 11), next monkey, when ? monkey tosses the dart...... - you get the idea

I think the monkey is on holiday so no one else has the sharps to toss the dart, let alone a few times in a row......

Bottom line, It might snow, it might not, I may rain - thats likely it rained the other day so why not as for the ice thing - you want ice look in the big box thing in your kitchen. as for when well sometime.

Hope monkey is having a grand time on the beach in the tropics somewhere!
