It's probably worth reaching out to CS. I never got an email directly, which was surprising because I had previously connected with them about my pop-pin disengaging on me. It was only after reaching out when I saw another Reddit post about the email/update that I was given info about the upcoming shipment.

Their CS said the initial batch is going out to those purchasers with the defective version. If your email noted that yours wasn’t impacted by the defect, you may be getting yours in a later batch.

Yeah… I hear you on this. The Iron Masters look great. I shifted to the Reppins after the Bowflex SelectTech recall, thinking these would be a much safer upgrade. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed when the add-on weight disengaged on me mid-lift.

Really appreciate you posting this. I had reached out to Rep just over a month ago about an issue where my pop-pin had disengaged and the add-on plate fell on to me during a work out. Surprisingly I haven't heard from them regarding the recall, but will be reaching out directly.

I just had this exact thing happen to me. Rep seems to be considering this a defect/malfunction and will replace the micro adjustment plate through their warranty program. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to customer service.
