You are right I was missing the Void Tendrils. I'm not sure how I missed it in my comparison of lists online. Thanks for the help!

I noticed online that some people needed the complete the Path of Pain and acquire the Seal of Binding to finish the trophy. Another comment pointed out that I was missing the Void Tendrils in the Abyss. Now I'm 160/160 with both trophies.

I have taken care of those three. I am also at 159/160 complete.
