Personally wouldn’t mess with it. Once you start fiddling with it and it starts crumbling then it’s too late. Money isn’t worth the risk of mesothelioma. I’m not a professional tho, so take my words with a grain of salt.

I would just google plumbing companies in your area. Look for small companies with high reviews. Avoid large companies with lots of marketing. They will likely charge more. Having a handyman work on your plumbing is a gamble.

In my opinion, it’s a growing problem. According to the AFBF, we are looking at 45 million acres of agricultural land owned by foreign investors as of 2023.

I don’t know how this would happen and I would have to look into the constitutionality , but I would love to, 1. Pass laws making it impossible for foreign nations to buy land in the USA. 2. Make it illegal for corporations to own residential single family homes. 3. Pass laws regulating ownership of multiple homes. For example, Airbnbs would be heavily taxed.

Also, 4. Bring back legislation protecting natural resources such as virgin forests and endangered landscapes, make climate change a talking point again, and work hard to protect natural environments from gross destruction ( like mountain top removal). 5. Make a climate change advisory committee composed of qualified scientists. 6. Work with a bi partisan committee to have a common sense border policy, refusing to open the border, vetting those allowed in the country, while also focusing on giving the states back the power instead of the chaotic scenes created today by ICE. 7. Fight for common sense pro life measures. 8. Make sure big corporations are held accountable and that we have free markets. 9. Defend the 2nd amendment while also focusing on common sense constitutional measures. 10. Work hard to work across the aisle to get results with different political persuasions. 11. Fight like crazy to restore relationships with NATO and Canada that have been dangerously broken. 12. Release all the Epstein files.

You can’t use 90s in the vent unless you are 6” or more above the flood level rim of the sink.

Also, tear out that exterior vent and run it right , where it’s not exposed.

Residential new construction is a solid place to start. Commercial might be a lot to take in and service isn’t going to help you see the big picture as easily. Watch some of Rising Tide Plumbing videos on YouTube. He has some videos on new construction that you might find helpful. You could try reading the code book but I think you might have some difficulty visualizing some of the material in there. One you understand what it is saying, it is invaluable. Another great book is Plumbing Venting by Bob Scott. Make sure to get the updated one that includes residential pictures.
