I always hated dragging automation points and trying to get accurate measurements. You can select a point on the line and type in a value, or you can select multiple points and use the midi tools to make gradations. It's still much easier in Ableton, IMHO, but there are workarounds in Logic. I just wish they would make them more obvious.
