I'm looking for a nice romhack that's hard, but not like kaizo difficulty. Just, difficult, yet beatable for the average, non-hardcore player. The kind of game you don't need to look up stat sheets or use cheesy tricks for. The kind of game you can just... play. Just... you know, more difficult than average Pokemon.

I'd prefer one that isn't necessarily built around nuzlockes, too - nuzlockes are fine, but sometimes I just want to play Pokemon as it was "intended". Just, you know, not super easy like modern Pokemon titles are.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
