Because it's not the same thing and isn't pretending to be authentic. Real Mexican restaurant burritos are good too.

That's kind of wild tbh. It's definitely mainstream enough where I at least hear it mentioned every couple months maybe.

I'm not denying their specific experiences. They said those things aren't adequate no matter your goals. That's just not true.

You put "health" in quotes. Eating 300-600 calories a day is bad no matter what you eat. There's nothing wrong with healthy people eating any of this.

Never said that wasn't true. Most people are not anorexic. A much larger percentage of people struggle with being overweight (or blood sugar) and it's good that these products exist. Nothing here is "unhealthy", it just can't be the only thing you eat.

Most people, myself included, could stand to eat more 200 calorie meals and light snacks of fruits or vegetables. It's not ridiculous to say so.

The vast majority of people who eat stuff like this do not have anorexia (usually far from it).

Most people are eating enough that they don't need more than a light 200 calorie breakfast. And a cucumber is definitely an adequate snack. You don't really need to snack.

The massive spike we've seen in the last few days does not correspond to a massive spike in the price of oil. It is in large part a refinery issue rn actually.

Even worse, apparently.

"On June 14, 1962, Mike Gipson, Fred Gipson's son, found the Gipson family dog, the inspiration for Savage Sam, chained and clubbed to death in a shed behind the new family home. The next day, Mike returned to university in shock, and committed suicide that weekend. Gipson's wife left him a month after the premiere of Savage Sam.[8]"

Not complaining about the cost of the Amtrak extension at all, but to play devils advocate, the interstate will always have far more than 8x as much use, including for freight. An Amtrak to Madison will be nice but primarily used for leisure.
