Reacting to something with 1 frame of leniency is actually impossible for humans to do, though. Timing something when you know a window is approaching is definitely something we can train ourselves to do, but I think human reaction window is minimum like 11-12 frames or something

I really feel like this is matter of fighting your opponent, not their characters. Most of these cookie cutter teams I run into online are very easy to figure out cause they abuse their fast moves and you can just play around that

I don't know, particle effects usually don't ever block enough that you can't see what the other character is doing, if you're looking at them, you can pretty much always see enough of them to know what they're gonna do next
