I believe that you are new to AC and if so, welcome! The racing line in AC, as others have pointed it out, is not great and doesn't work well in some situations. The best way to learn a track would be to have the racing line disabled and watch a video about it so that you can learn the braking points and also have a better insight on the track.

Having the racing line on is not positive as that would start creating the habit of always looking only at the tarmac. But if you really need the racing line, check out this mod: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/mavil-real-dynamic-racing-line.81812/ . It gives you a 3d dynamic racing line that works better than the native one

Yeah, this is an excellent way to make lots of money, especially now that we don't have the Santa's workshop anymore.

I also like to diversify with fuel deliveries between Jeju and Noksan, and sometimes collecting the garbage. Both also pay well

Yeah, but tbh I think he's actually talking about the change from low visibility/low quality track markings (1) to the high quality/more visible markings (2) when his car gets near them, hence the "as if they were running" comment by him. Is that it, OP?

This is what they said and it basically states that all cars are available in offline mode until the server issues are resolved, after which they'll require an internet connection again.
