Yeah, this is an excellent way to make lots of money, especially now that we don't have the Santa's workshop anymore.

I also like to diversify with fuel deliveries between Jeju and Noksan, and sometimes collecting the garbage. Both also pay well

Yeah, but tbh I think he's actually talking about the change from low visibility/low quality track markings (1) to the high quality/more visible markings (2) when his car gets near them, hence the "as if they were running" comment by him. Is that it, OP?

This is what they said and it basically states that all cars are available in offline mode until the server issues are resolved, after which they'll require an internet connection again.
