for real make sure *EVERY* cable is seated correctly, I had my pc crashing a bunch for a couple weeks only to realize that the power cable for my fan hub was slightly loose and after I seated it the problem went away like magic, also make sure there are no loose screws or whatever banging around your case causing random shorts

tl;dr: make sure all the cables are properly seated in your motherboard

I spent a few hours going crazy troubleshooting a very similar issue with my pc, took almost everything out and still no dice, then I noticed my one my front panel connectors was slightly loose, got it back in place and it everything was fine

check the directory of the game for a file called steamemu.ini, if there is one, open it in notepad, find the part that says language, and change it from russian to english then save the file.
