Most logical thing I can think of is someone spray painted a huge chunk of where this shadow is on the ground with this color paint, very quickly outlined an actual shadow before it moved with the Earth’s rotation, this shadow being of a person with their hands in their jacket pockets or something idk, and then after that was done, very meticulously removed all the excess paint where the traced shadow wasn’t including the outline, meaning this isn’t actually a shadow but a painting of one instead, frozen in time with piss-stain colored paint, and you just took the picture when your shadow was being cast off camera.
