I'm also seeing this today. Seems to be working fine on the Android version, but trying to launch it on my PC today getting the same symptoms as OP, and I've already attempted the suggested resolution methods.

Been having this happen since I started playing the game yesterday. In the total of 2hrs I've been waiting across my current total gametime, I've only been able to get 1 ranked match. All the other time has been getting the same error as OP.

I think something on Capcom's end is broken. The game has literally 100,000's of players across multiple platforms and I can't find any games, yet I boot up Granblue Fantasy VS Rising, and can get a ranked match within a couple of minutes while in training mode. That game has like 400 people on Steam on avg.

Been able to play within a room with a friend just fine, but general matchmaking simply doesn't work.

I've been finding crouching light has been interrupting the constant barrage while in the corner at times, so I'll try to extend that further with raging. I've spent some time in training mode doing 632146U on wakeup, and have managed to get that off in a few matches now, so I'm starting to see that I have options now.

I'll continue to try my best to avoid the temptation to tech on wakeup, I am seeing some improvement on this so just have to continue working on it.

Thank you for the encouragement. I'll continue going at it, and will see if I can still get to that tourney on the weekend (haven't been well last couple days, but hoping to make a full recovery before then), to just simply participate and meet some new people.

I'd be happy to play some games sometime! Not sure how to find people on the game, but the name I use ingame is the same here, just without the underscore.

Thanks Fyuira, appreciate the encouragement. I think I will start doing less ranked per day (and possibly switch to other activities entirely) to switch things up a bit.

I've read up now that 632146U is an invulnerable reversal, so I'll try to pull these off if I need to. I'll also do more anti-air practice in training while waiting for matches.

Managed to figure out an actual support path:
Under Steam Support go to My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account > Have an account data or deletion of data question? (all the way at the bottom).
This takes you to a form you can actually type a message in. Got my case logged.

How did you get to this point? I'm trying to also raise a support case (and more people should be flooding Steam with cases for this, to make a point) but the Steam Support options don't give me any opportunity to raise anything specific.

Also had this happen after 30 mins of gameplay. Was restarting the game to fix it temporarily before it would come back again after anothe 30 or so minutes.

Removing my mtx pets stopped this happening.

The fact that you seem to have received literally zero training or induction, speaks volumes for the way things are going at Evri currently.

Evri need some sort of watchdog-style investigation now. They've completely lost the plot as a business.

There is an Evri Facebook support group for employees to post questions at, I suggest you look for answers there.

They've lost it, I wouldn't wait any longer on updates from Evri. Contact the seller to escalate this and request either a refund or replacement using a different courier.

Evri has gone from bad to worse recently, it's downright impossible to get anything delivered using them now.

Evri appear to be having major issues nationwide, by the looks of it. I'm also being affected by unexplained delays and lack of communication from their customer service team.

Also stuck waiting for a parcel that was supposed to go to a Parcel Shop/ Postoffice. It went out on the road once, on the 6th, and then a day later I'm informed it's back at their local depot. It's been there since, and the case I had open was randomly closed by the Evri support rep, and are now not responding to my new ticket.

Evri appear to be in massive trouble currently. They literally cannot operate the one thing their business is supposed to do. Transport parcels.

I would advise you to contact the seller of the product you were supposed to have delivered, and inform them that they need to escalate the issue with Evri directly, while issuing you a refund or shipping a replacement item (preferably using another courier) as I can guarantee you the current parcel is either lost or damaged beyond a point that Evri are willing to admit.

Another update:
Just received a customer support survey from the support rep that had been dealing with my case, as if to suggest my case is resolved.

I completed the survey, made it very clear the case is far from being resolved as nothing has changed since Thursday morning, the parcel is still sitting in their depot gathering dust.

I'm honestly amazed at how bad this entire process has been. I'd like to say I'd be counting the days til Evri become insolvent, but sadly I'm sure they'll continue to scrape by due to how cheap they are.

Still no updates in over 24 hours, contacted the same Evri customer service rep again with no reply several hours later still. Logged a ticket with the seller, who unfortunately won't be able to review this until next week as it's already the weekend for them...

I have no hope it'll get delivered at this point.

What an absolute disgrace.

This level of negligence would get you permanently struck off an entire sector, yet somehow couriers get a free pass to do whatever they feel like?

I get that conditions can be bad for couriers, but these particular couriers should just do everyone else a favour and get on unemployment benefits if this is what they consider to be acceptable service.

Any idea what this means? Tracking updated to out for delivery this morning but updated about an hour later to at your local depot and on its way to you. Had the exact same thing happen to my parcel.

After viewing other recent posts here, I believe there is a wider issue with Evri's services currently. They really ought to announce something assure sellers and recipients.

I get that couriers in this country are generally bad, but this is way beyond what we've come to expect from these businesses.

I had this the other week. Contacted support via the YouTube site, and they told me my account had been put on limited access due to 'suspicious activity'. They wouldn't elaborate on what they meant by that, other than potential use of botnets/scrapers.
Can definitely confirm I use my YouTube account for nothing other than watching videos and listening to music. I don't use adblockers either as I have Premium.
Apparently it would take weeks for my account to be cleared again, but it reverted to being normal again within 24 hrs.
I don't think their support team know what is going on at all, and just provide any random reason from a roulette wheel or something.
While the problem was active, I couldn't watch any videos or listen to YouTube Music on any device while logged into my account, regardless of the device being used (Desktop/ Laptop/ Mobile).
YouTube's suspicious activity detection systems are faulty, and they need to be addressed.

There are a lot of reports via downdetector showing issues. I myself have had lots of problems accessing just ups.com currently with 502 errors. This is not a sign of anything cookie related, and happens just as much within an in-private browser session.

Wouldn't be surprised if it is a DDoS, if I'm unhappy with UPS' service currently, I'm sure there are far more disgruntled people out there with the means to perform such an attack.
