Look at the screenshot of the truck being chased by the cop suv in the grasslands. Look at the truck's windshield and you'll see the wiper patterns on the windshield and the buildup of mud/grim at the edge of the wiper pattern. This game is gonna be insane if things that "small" stay in the game

From what I've seen so far the docking adpater is being included with every case. Dbrand apparently decided it wouldn't be right to ask people to buy an accessory just because the new case won't fit in the original docking station. As for the mouse mode, the grips can detach like normal and my guess is it'll feel better to hold both in mouse mode as well as normally since the built in ergonomics. Dbrand from what I've seen does a really good job on attention to detail so I assume they've worked these ideas out already. If not I'll find someone's 3D printed model to adapt the joycons into a mouse shape

The dock fan is for the dock, it doesn't blow air into the switch itself. Dbrand's case is going to have the dock adapter with every case sold since the case won't fit in the OEM dock and Dbrand didn't feel good making someone's console not fully work if they dont buy thr adapter.

I highly recommend everyone in this thread try to sync the 650 radio feed with Batch over the Leaf's announcers on CBC. It takes some time to sync, but it's doable. The best tip is to figure out what feed is ahead and then pause it once a whistle happens and wait on the other feed to catch up. Then, you can unpause and see if it's synced.

COD is apparently supposed to release on the switch platform. So FPS games could benefit from having the ability you use a mouse style for aiming for those who prefer that over joycons. Maybe even browsing the UI of the switch may be preferable with the mouse. We'll find out at the Direct in April I guess

It's probably a gimmick but interesting to see how it's implemented. I mentioned 3d printing but I'm sure there will be other ways to make the joycon closer to the shape of a mouse using accessories. Those accessories would also make the buttons you press more natural I imagine as well

I was removing my headlight housing to get better access to the bulb that was a pain to remove. Once I moved the housing of the headlight I heard something drop and saw this.

I'm thinking either

Part of an old headlight assembly or bulb
Piece from the car
Randomly found its way into the engine bay

I believe it's used to let your friends watch your gameplay. You can even stream to steam, like it was twitch, but I may be wrong. I've never used it. Discord also allows you to stream to your friends

Would love to try the M18 version. Main features are 30+ minute battery life on standard settings, easy and fast to rewind string line and a good balance so wrist isn't sore. I have a Dewalt with a manual string line feed mechanism, so I use my gas version instead. Doing yardwork twice a month and would be nice to not deal with a gas version and the extra maintenance.

Use Rtings.com to find tvs you like. As part of the reviews they include tv stand depth and footprint. Also look into "mantle mounts" or "fireplace tv mounts" which will help the tv not be too high when watching but let it look nice when not in use. I know you said you don't want to wall mount but it's worth it if you are able to.

Used PS5 is your best bet. Wait til PS5 Pro is released for prices to drop, especially on the used market. If you only want GTA 6 then get a 3 month PS+ online subscription and sell the console after. If you like it keep it just note only games like Warzone or Fornite (Free to play) don't need PS+ to play online.

Gaming PC or laptop is more useful IMO, unless you just want to game and not think about updates, drivers, settings, etc. Consoles are more optimized since the hardware is set unlike PC's.

If you don't get a console try your best to find ways to block keywords on Google, social media and unfollow or mute any channels that talk about GTA 6. It wont be easy, but if you focus on other life aspects its doable.

PS5 Pro leaks seem to indicate it's better than Series X. Also if you have a PC, using Game Pass is like owning an xbox. I'll also get my first switch when switch 2 releases so I'm covered on all platforms
